Update — 30 August 2026

This update tightens up how layers and groups behave, plus a smaller footprint for the style toolbar.

What's new

• Per-member layer hiding, not a group-wide switch — the group-level "hide layer" control is gone. Hiding now happens on each member individually, so you can control exactly what's hidden without affecting the rest of the group.
• Layer visibility is now respected everywhere it should be — hidden layers used to still get picked up by snapping, click selection, and the crop used when exporting to PDF. All three now correctly skip hidden layers.
• Group headers and row actions line up in shared columns — group headers and their action buttons now align consistently across rows, making groups easier to scan when you have several of them.
• Style and width pickers in the toolbar are now icon-only — a more compact toolbar that leaves more room for the canvas.
